The National Women’s Law Center launched the Abortion Access Legal Defense Fund in response to the legal chaos unleashed after the Supreme Court unjustly overturned Roe v. Wade. Now we face new threats from an extremist Congress, emboldened anti-abortion activists and hostile state officials, and the new president and his allies, including the architects of Project 2025.
